COLFAX, Wis. – The Gustavus Adolphus College women's cross country team competed in the NCAA DIII North Region Championships on Saturday at the Whitetail Golf Course.
Molly Liston,
Addison Enfield, and
Anna Forbord each earned All-Region honors while leading the Gusties to finish 15
th out of the field of 30 competing regional teams with a score of 184.
Liston led Gustavus in the regional, placing 13
th overall out of the field of 209 runners with a time of 22:17.7. Enfield followed at 22:48.8, placing 26
th overall. Forbord had the third time for the Gusties, finishing shortly after Enfield with a time of 22:54.1 to place 29
th overall.
Mackenzie Murphy (24:18.4) and
Anna Gould (24:26.5) rounded out the top five for the Gusties, finshing 89
th and 98
th respectively.
Siiri Anderson (25:01.6) and
Elsey Hagen (26:05.6) had the sixth and seventh times for Gustavus, taking 124
th and 159
th overall.
UW-La Crosse won the regional with 45 points. Carleton (71 points), UW-Eau Claire (123 points), and St. Olaf (184 points) were the only other teams to finish ahead of the Gusties in the regional.
