NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus College men's swimming & diving team competed against the St. Olaf College Oles on Friday night, winning 209-70.
Mason Deitering won the 1000 and 500 freestyles with times of 10:32.63 and 4:58.41.
Logan Cyr took first in the 200 freestyle in 1:47.37.
Logan Braley led the field in the100 and 50 freestyle, winning with times of 47.72 and 21.68.
Aidynn Havermann placed first in the 200 backstroke, winning with a time of 2:00.42.
Josh Wallin won the 100 backstroke, finishing the race in 53.51.
Braden Ripken took home the gold in the 100 breaststroke, breaking a minute with a time of 59.01.
Mason Cote led the Gusties in the 200 breaststroke, placing second with a time of 2:14.58.
Jacob Robischon led the field in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:01.54 and took second in the 100 butterfly at 53.45
Havermann had the top Gustie time in the 200 IM, placing second at 2:00.25.
Cole Matetich won both 1-meter dive events with scores of 103.95 and 112.75.
The Gusties won the 200 medley relay (1:34.82) and the 400 freestyle relay (3:11.89)
Gustavus competes at home on Saturday, November 8 against Hamline and Augsburg with diving starting at 9:30am and swimming going at 12pm.
