The Gustavus Adolphus women's soccer team fell to UW-Stevens Point 5-0 Sunday in a nonconference game at Stevens Point, Wis. Amanda Prawat scored two goals and an assist in the Pointer victory.

UW-Stevens Point wasted little time getting on the board, needing only 53 seconds to take a 1-0 lead. Alison Regal scored her first goal of the season with a low shot that got past a diving Ashley Ohlson (So., Anchorage, Alaska). Prawat assisted on the goal.

Prawat extended the lead to 2-0 in the 19th minute on a shot from 15 yards out that found a lower corner of the goal mouth.

The final three Pointer goals came in a span of 4 minutes, 10 seconds in the second half against backup Gustie keeper Kelsey Dietz (Fy., Owatonna, Minn.). Kaylee Weise scored her team-leading 11th goal of the season off an assist from Anna Van Stippen at the 74:57 mark, followed by another goal by Prawat just 1:12 later that found the upper corner of the net. The final pointer goal came at the 79:07 mark as a deflected pass off a defender found the net for an own goal.

UW-Stevens Point held a 20-6 advantage in shots and a 4-3 advantage in corner kicks. Jenna Iaizzo (Jr., White Bear Lake, Minn.) took three shots to lead the Gusties, while Christy Tupy (So., Eagan, Minn.) added two more off the bench. Prawat finished with seven shots for the Pointers, followed by Weise with three.

UW-Stevens Point's Meredith DeCaluwe made one save in 90 minutes of play. Ohlson made six saves playing in the first half, while Dietz made a pair of saves during the second half.

The margin of victory was the largest in 14 all-time meetings between the schools.
