SAINT PETER, Minn. – The 2024 Academic All-District Volleyball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, were released Tuesday and four Gustavus student-athletes received recognition for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.

Gusties earning CSC Academic All-District honors include Payton Auseth, Lauren Klaith, Brynn Smith, and Kasie Tweet. 

To be eligible for Academic All-District recognition, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, and have played in at least 90 percent of the team's competition throughout the season or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's matches. There is a limit of four nominations per institution. 

Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, Second-, and Third-Team Academic All-America honorees will be announced Jan. 14.
