SAINT PETER, Minn. – The 2024 Academic All-District Football Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, were released Tuesday and eight Gustavus student-athletes received recognition for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.

Gusties earning CSC Academic All-District honors include Jake Breitbach, Carson DeKam, Cody Bonk, Javier Gratacos, Caden Kleinschmidt, Max Olson, Luke Rooker, and Taylor Stroh. 

To be eligible for Academic All-District recognition, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, have played in at least 90 percent of the team's competition throughout the season, or started in at least 66 percent of the institution's games. 

Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, Second-, and Third-Team Academic All-America honorees will be announced Jan. 28.
