BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Aiden Carlson of the Gustavus Adolphus College men's swim & dive team has been named the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Men's Swimmer of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday.
Carlson had three top-two finishes for Gustavus in their 195-101 team win over Luther on Saturday, winning the 100 butterfly (53.23) and finishing second in the 50 butterfly (23.71) and 100 breaststroke (1:00.08). The junior also swam as part of the winning 200 medley relay team.
Up next for the Gusties' swim & dive team is a home meet against UW-Stevens Point and MSU-Mankato on Saturday, October 25 at 1:30 p.m. in the Vic Gustafson Pool.
