INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Gustavus swim & dive junior Braden Ripken is competing this week in the NCAA Division III Men's Swimming & Diving Championships.
 
On Friday, Ripken placed 18^th of 32 in the 100 breaststroke prelims with a time of 54.85. Ripken had made his way to the championship meet with a time of 53.76 in the event at the MIAC Championship.
 
Earlier this week in the 50 freestyle prelims, Ripken placed 46^th of 49 with a time of 21.01.
 
Ripken will close out the championship meet on Saturday with a race in the 200 breaststroke, in which he is seeded 27^th of 28 with a time of 2:07.55.
