Bob Davies was hired as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach of Gustavus football in February of 2025.
Davies comes to Gustavus after spending the 2024 season as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Marist College, a Division I FCS program in the Pioneer Football League. Davies spent the 2020-23 seasons as the offensive coordinator, quarterbacks & tight ends coach, and video coordinator at Carleton, helping the Knights to the winningest three-year stretch in program history.
Davies was also the offensive coordinator at Franklin Pierce University for the 2019 season, was the quarterbacks coach at St. Lawrence University in 2018, and an assistant coach at Princeton University in 2017.
Davies, a Jackson, N.J. native, earned his bachelor's degree from Monmouth University in 2017 where he was a quarterback.
