DAVIS, Calif. - The Gustavus gymnastics team traveled to the Bay Area of California to start Touring Week and posted a season-high team score of 185.100 in a dual meet against UC-Davis on Sunday. The Aggies, a Division I team, posted a total of 194.600. 

Olivia Jahnke had the best performance of the meet for Gustavus, recording a career-high 9.675 on the beam, tying for third place. Janhke also had a solid performance on the floor, tying for fifth place with a score of 9.625. Floor was the top event for the team as it recorded a score of 47.100. 

Maddox Lee led the Gusties on the bars, tallying a 9.450 for sixth place. Kendra Smaby was close behind with a 9.425. Lili Guy was the top Gustie performer on the vault, taking seventh place with a 9.450. Marley Michaud was the lone all around performer for the Gusties, totaling a 36.475. 

Gustavus is back in action Friday at UW-Stout.
