NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. - No. 12 Gustavus captured a decisive 6-1 victory over No. 14 Trinity (Texas) on Saturday in the consolation round of the ITA National Team Indoor Championships.  

Trinity started the match with a 2-1 victory in doubles to earn the point. Gage Gohl and Tyler Haddorff claimed the one double victory at No. 2, 6-3. Marco Siviero and Dominik Knutson both battled for three-set victories at Nos. 1 and 5 singles, respectively. The other four singles for the Gusties all won in straight sets. 

Gustavus wraps up play at the ITA Indoor Championships at 7 a.m. Sunday against regional rival No. 8 Chicago.
