BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – The No. 23 nationally ranked Gustavus Adolphus College volleyball team had four athletes earn Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Awards for the 2025 season, the conference announced on Wednesday.
Leah Berg earned All-Conference honors. The senior outside hitter had 331 kills (2
nd in MIAC) while averaging 3.09 kills per set (3
rd in MIAC) on .228 hitting this fall. She also had 30 blocks and 61 digs. This is the second All-Conference honor for Berg in her career.
Maren Sundberg earned All-Conference honors. The senior libero led Gustavus with 531 digs (2
nd in MIAC), averaging 4.96 digs per set (2
nd in MIAC). She also had 33 service aces and 84 assists. This is the fourth All-Conference honor for Sundberg in her career.
Sydney Timm earned All-Conference honors. The senior right-side hitter had 284 kills (8
th in MIAC) while averaging 2.65 kills per set on .217 hitting. She also had 60 blocks and 243 digs with 2.27 digs per set.
Greta Tompkins earned All-Conference honors. The first-year middle hitter had 48 service aces (2
nd in MIAC), 79 blocks (7
th in MIAC), and 188 kills.
Up next for Gustavus volleyball is the MIAC Playoffs. The Gusties are set to host the College of Saint Benedict Bennies on Thursday, November 13 in the MIAC Semifinals at 7:00 p.m.
