ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus College men's cross country team competed in the MIAC Preview hosted by Hamline University on Friday. The Gusties finished fourth out of the field of nine competing MIAC teams.
 
Soren Sackreiter led Gustavus with a time of 27:46.4, placing 14^th overall out of the field of 119 runners.
 
Evan Pouliot followed just five second later to place 17^th at 27:51.6.
 
Matthew Berge (28:18.2), Caden Riga (28.40.5), and Nick Brauer (28:49.2) rounded out the top five finishes for the Gusties, placing 31^st, 37^th, and 42^nd overall.
 
Up next for the Gusties is a trip up to Waverly, Iowa on Saturday, October 4 for the Dan Huston Invite.
