BLOOMINGTON, Minn. - Emma Kniefel helped the Gusties claim their second consecutive MIAC regular season championship with three wins last week. Against Augsburg last Monday, Kniefel hauled in five rebounds with three steals and 16 points. Against Saint Mary's last Wednesday, Kniefel had 13 points, five assists, two steals, and a rebound. She added six boards, five assists, and nine points against Hamline last Saturday. For her performance, Kniefel has been named MIAC Women's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week.
