WASECA, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus College women's cross country team competed in the Coach Finanger Invitational hosted by Luther College on Saturday. The Gusties won the invite, placing first out of the field of six competing teams in the 4k race.
 
Addison Enfield led Gustavus at the invite, placing second overall out of the field of 79 runners with a time of 15:10.0.
 
Anna Forbord had the second-best finish for the Gusties, placing fifth overall with a time of 15:35.4.
 
Mackenzie Murphy was another top-10 overall finisher for Gustavus, placing eighth overall with a time e of 15:47.1.
 
Anna Gould placed just outside of the top 10 overall for the Gusties with a time of 15:58.2, finishing 11^th overall.
 
Francesca Geffre ran the 4k in 16:14.6 for Gustavus, finishing 15^th overall.
 
Up next for the Gusties is a trip to Rock Island, Illinois on Saturday, October 18 for the Augustana Interregional Invitational.
