SAINT PETER, Minn. - D3hoops.com released its All-Region teams on Tuesday and Gustavus senior forward Spencer Swanson has been selected to the Third Team. 

Swanson was recently named MIAC All-Conference for the third consecutive season after leading the Gusties wth 11.5 points per game. Starting in all 26 games, Swanson shot 44.6 percent from the floor and averaged 6.6 rebounds. As he has done the past three seasons, Swanson led the team in playing time, averaging 33.0 minutes per game. He also distributed a team-high 70 assists, along with 22 steals, and 10 blocks. Swanson finished his decorated career ranking ninth in program history with 1,522 career points, fifth with 736 career rebounds, and eighth with 590 career made field goals. He was a key cog in the Gusties winning the 2024 MIAC playoff championship and the 2024-25 MIAC regular season championship. 

This is the second consecutive regional award for Swanson as he was named NABC All-District 9 Second Team last season.
