SAINT PETER, Minn. - As is tradition at Gustavus, one of the final home games of the season is designated as Senior Day and special tribute is made to the individuals who have dedicated themselves to the Gustavus baseball program for the past four to five years.

The Gustavus Athletic department, coaches, parents, and fans salute the 17 seniors who have represented the baseball program with pride and class throughout their collegiate careers. This year's senior class includes
Mitch Casperson,
Chris Knowles,
Drake Siens,
Adam Biewen,
Jacob Prosch,
Christian Ash,
Isaac Becker,
Brevin Goetz,
Brady Schmitz,
Tanner Hopkins,
Hunter Sheehan,
Sam Baker,
Luke Siegle,
Oliver Leupold,
AJ Vandereide, and student managers
Connor Wiberg and
Andrew Wollack. A special recognition also goes to juniors
Nick Hentges,
Michael Prosch, and
Jackson Thielen who are graduating early.

The seniors have played a part in some of the most successful seasons in program history, recording an overall record of 133-57 and a 68-26 mark in the MIAC over the past five years, including the 2023 regular season conference championship. This season, the seniors have helped the team garner its highest national ranking in program history and are three wins shy (with seven games remaining) of the program's first-ever 30-win season.

A special tribute also goes to Head Coach
Brad Baker, who is in his final season in the Gustie dugout. In 11 years as coach, Baker holds an overall record of 236-133 with two MIAC championships.
