BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Whitley Ronn of the Gustavus Adolphus College women's basketball team has been named the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Women's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday.
Ronn had five steals on Saturday against Macalester, tied for the most steals in any game this season across the MIAC. Ronn added a block and seven points, in addition to eleven points, a block, and four assists on Wednesday against Concordia.
Gustavus women's basketball will host St. Scholastica on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. to continue their MIAC campaign.
