BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Britton Patee of the Gustavus Adolphus College men's swim & dive team has been named the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Men's Swimmer of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday.
Patee led Gustavus at the Gustie Challenge, setting the top MIAC time this season in the 200 butterfly with a time of 1:55.49. The first year also won the 400 IM (4:11.93), 500 freestyle (4:49.56), and the 1650 freestyle (16:56.67). Patee also helped his relay teams place second in 400 medley relay (3:44.28) and the 400 freestyle relay (3:15.65).
Up next for Gustavus is the MIAC Championships starting Wednesday, February 11 and running for four days through Saturday.
