Adam Biewen earned his third victory of the season after tossing a complete game. Biewen tossed seven innings with seven strikeouts for the second consecutive outing, but this time was rewarded with the win after allowing just one earned run on six hits.

After two scoreless innings, Davin Gavin doubled to left center and scored on a ground out by Sam Schneider. The Saints tied the score in the fourth after an outfield error led to an RBI single. Gustavus regained a one-run lead in the fifth as Drake Siens hit his team-leading seventh home run of the season.

The Gusties then went up 4-1 in the six after Schneider singled and later scored on a Gavin Baker sac fly. Chris Knowles then doubled to right center, scoring Brady Schmitz, who also hit a double. The Saints tallied their second and final run in the bottom half after a leadoff triple and RBI single, but the visitors responded in the seventh as Bryce Novak singled home Danny Gavin, who reached on a walk.

Schneider led the Gusties at the plate, batting 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI.

In the fifth inning, the Gusties cut the lead to one as Schmitz singled home Novak and Knowles doubled down the right field line to score Schmitz. The Gusties then tied the game in the sixth as Gavin scored on a ground out by Schneider.

The Saints regained the lead for good in the seventh after a pair of hits that knocked in three runs. Knowles had an RBI double in the ninth to score Gavin Baker, but the rally stopped there.
