2023 NCAA DIII All-American Doubles

Aney compiled a doubles record of 14-14 with partner Daniel Fouchier in 2023. Aney and Fouchier reached the NCAA Quarterfinals in doubles play to earn All-American status. Aney was also named to the MIAC Doubles Team of the Year with partner Fouchier in the 2023 season. Upon graduation, Aney received a host of honors, garnering his third consecutive CSC Academic All-America Award, was named the NCAA DIII Academic All-American of the Year, the DIIICA Regional Male Student-Athlete of the Year, and was a recipient of the prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship. Following his record setting year, Aney was named the department's Male Athlete of the Year.

2021 ITA Cup Doubles All-American

Aney and doubles partner Alex Budde fought back from a 6-4 first set loss to defeat Leach and Lemaitre of George Fox 7-6 (5), 10-8 in second and third sets for an upset victory in the first round of the 2021 ITA Cup. Aney and Budde earned a spot in the national doubles draw as an at-large bid, and made the most of the opportunity by upsetting the top seeded team in the field of 16 teams. By winning their first round match, Aney and Budde earned All-America status for the second time in their careers after achieving the honor the previous spring with a semifinal finish at the NCAA Doubles Championships.
